When I talked to the Blackstone guys at Trainfest they said there was a high chance they would be re-releasing the K-27 and C-19 with Tsunami II and they would likely produce more rolling stock but they said the prices will go up more, he suspected it would at least be 90$ a piece for new rolling stock.
I really hope they get into production again soon, people have been really price gouging Blackstone NIB locomotives lately, Big "Discount" Trains on eBay is selling them for 900! Dollars now and others on eBay are following and raising the prices too.
I was lucky to pick up a K-27 for 200 and a C-19 for 275 last year.
