Any diesel out there will ride better than a steam locomotive. A sad, but true fact of live. 19 rode better than anything else in Chama.

As far as narrow gauge D&RGW steam, I imagine a T-12 would win the top spot with light weight, a 4 wheel pony truck and light running gear, they could sail along nice and smooth - and fast.

As far as the big guns go, The K-28's win hands down. K-27's aren't too bad though. The 480's and 490's are a very distant 3rd and 4th.
