I'm wondering about "dead engine 454" in extra 345 East. Was she dropped off at Cimmaron or was she being hauled to Gunnison for some bit of work that couldn't be done in Montrose? Will she be going on East? When/how will she return to Montrose?
We know she spent 1949-52 in Montrose, so what is she doing going East DIT only 12 days or so before the last train?
