The Union Pacific serves PolyWest, a large plastics manufacturer (located to the west of Nevada State Drive) in the south-western corner of Henderson.

... but it seems likely that UP retains ownership of the tracks through most of Henderson up to the plastics plant.
When the PolyWest plant was proposed for zoning approval / construction in 2001, that site location was called the "eastern terminus of the Union Pacific Railroad" [presumably meaning in the Henderson area].
