The info I have is it was scrapped. As for the Rocky MT RR CLub trip in 1954, I wonder why indeed they ran it with the K-28. Could it have been needed for the larger train, and no other K-28 was available!!! Remember the larger engines could not go to Silverton back then. Just a curiousity question.
Regarding the High Line in another thread, I found it interesting hundreds were lined up along there for a photorunby. I was thinking this was not a great idea!!! One neat thing about the shot was my dad got a shot of the conductor walking the coach roof at the end of the runby. Kinda cool, and something you don't see today!
