It would depend on a couple of factors. First off, the crews spent time in Cimarron in the middle of the night. Sounds like "nap time" to me. As to whether they marked off on rest depends on whether Cimarron was a tie-up location. There would not have been anyplace for the crews to "rest" in Cimarron in 1949. As the entire project was completed in around 12 hours, I'd guess they stayed on duty for the entire adventure.
