My problem is similar, but different.

I am also getting the same type of home page display. But only this afternoon/evening on my laptop. But once I'm looking at the messages the display is good.

Last weekend I was also using the laptop and the display was as it always has been. Then at home last evening and this morning using the desk top machine all was okay. But now that I'm at a different location and using the laptop and the RYPN home page is coming up with the text display

Other the my location and the motel and its wifi service, did anything change in the last five hours

Edit/additional comments
I noticed that the url address had the extra "s" (https instead of http). Tried typing it in correctly, but that did not bypass the problem -- the different https kept appearing. I then cleared by recent history (I'm using Firefox) -- for the day.. I then retyped the proper url address into the address and the home page appeared as before.
