There are others that had this issue, see the "NGDF Transition" thread (its a 'sticky', 2nd from the top of the thread list for more. Here is a copy of my post in that thread:

I did have the same problem, but closing the window (tab) that I was using for NGDF, clearing my browser cache, and starting NGDF in a new window fixed the problem.
In Chrome, that would be Settings > Advanced > Clear Browsing Data > Cached Images and Files
Tick the box next to "Cached Images and Files" and then click the "Clear Browsing Data" button. Other browsers likely have slightly different wording, but the concept is the same.
