Someone there would be a better source, but Strasburg's freight traffic ebbs and flows. Some weeks, there is a bunch of traffic, other's none. NS delivers Mon, Wed. & Fri. Some days nothing shows up, some days you get buried and have to call for help:
As to annual car counts, I've heard somewhere around 300, but I'm probably wrong.
