Neither of your shots nor the one mine of a C&TS passenger train near Coxo is a Phraud-O-Graph™, Dave -

Since none of the three is pretending to be anything before 1970 (i.e. an accurate re-creation of normal D&RGW operation).  OTOH, my shot of the HTP-sponsored freight on 09/28/15 could be considered a Phraud-O-Graph®, since the locomotive and train (at least as much of the train as shows in the photo) were prepared ahead of time (in 2015) to emulate as accurately as possible a typical mixed freight as it might have appeared when the flying Rio Grande heralds were in use (~1940 thru 1968), but I made no attempt to alter the digital photo to make it look like one of my Kodachrome slides from roughly fifty years ago – such as this extremely fuzzy one taken on 08/28/67 with a cheap 2X telephoto extender attached to the 55mm lens of my dad's mediocre Praktika 35mm camera:
