IIRC, it was C&S #641, not #647, which worked the branch from Leadville to Climax in the early sixties.
Here she is switching at the molybdenum mine in early February, 1961:


Judging by the warm light shining briefly on #638 in Denver, I'm guessing that part of your video was taken on the occasion of her afternoon excursion to the CRRM in Golden back in October, 1961:


#638's excursion from Denver to Trinidad was a one-way trip; IIRC, she still resides there, stuffed and mounted in a park near the depot.
Here she is southbound at Palmer Lake on 12/16/62:
