I forgot to mention what Jerry said after the runby. We went thrashing through there about 50 mph and as we are slowing down Jerry comes on the radio from on the ground and says B plus!!! Again everyone cracks up!! I didn't hear his comments on the next runby since I rode in the cupola of the caboose about 4 miles to the next runby location as we did not stop after making the next one. Jerry's wife Laura was the GM of the tourist train that ran from Sugar Creek, and she was as nice as could be. She was either Amish or Meninite(SP?) Horse and buggy rigs were all over the area as well, sorta like Strasburg. I think insurance and liability issues were what prompted him to get out of the steam business and the Ohio Central RR. He always appreciated it when we sent a few new videos to he and the crew. I think Michael Allen was a cab rider in fact on what I think was the last run of 4-8-4 6325! That was October of 2004.
