For the Santa Fe (& La Madera) branch(es), I would recommend getting copies of the Forest Service maps of the Santa Fe & Carson National Forests.
While they won't cover everything, they do include most of the area, including the BLM & private lands (all color coded so you know who owns/runs it) and show roads & trails.
If I can find the time, I'll dig out my copies and put up some rte numbers for you later.
