Yes, the 19 is currently being used as the regular power for the passenger trains, as the Heisler is down for some repairs.
There are plans to one day rebuild the 20 as well, although it will be some time before we start that project. The group has many other irons in the fire which need to be taken care of first.
If you have the chance to come our way this summer, you should.
