There is a pic of one of the double steam dome moguls from the firemans side with the 6 wheel tender arrangement on pg 18 of Rio Grande to the Pacific by LeMassena.
Narrow Gauge East From Denver by Newell & Griswold shows ex-D&RG #6 (2-4-0) after it was sold to the Colorado Eastern with an 8 wheel tender on pg 53.
