That is what I remember. In all the times I've been at Laws, I don't recall taking a photograph of the frogs and the cast covers for the springs.

Maybe the O-WRN/UP had a reason at sometime to put spring frogs on a line with this weight of rail. Later to become excess and obtained by the SP.
