Not having any historic passenger cars isn't quite true anymore. There is RPO 54 and it's operable. It hasn't even been in a consist for a charter since it's return to service.

There are more historic passenger cars that will start showing up as they return to service. A few more years and the car in Colorado Springs should be done. Also, there's work being done in Antonito right now with the historic fleet for the C&T.

This year is RGS. Hopefully next year or the following we will have a tank car debut/run. And after that why not your idea of a mix? Could be possible in 3-4 years. Instead of a K28, there's 463. And in a few more years, the debut of the historic passenger fleet of RPO54 and a few historic passenger cars.
