We hiked from where the train was at the start of that clip, on top of whiplash, to the video spot so no backing of train was involved for whiplash. I am not sure of the distance involved but it was a good hike. Olaf provided snake guards to protect from shoe to knee and most everyone grabbed a pair. The theme of the trip seemed to be long photo run-by scenes with us either hiking a good ways or the 315 backing for a mile or more. While this definitely was a nod to the videographers in the group, good photos were still obtained (editing is progressing on my part)!
