Congratulations, it has been an amazing career.
There are not too many, in any career, that have had the opportunity to continue to follow their dream. Reminiscent of Dusty Durrant, the British railroad photographer, who vowed in the 60's that he just couldn't live in a country where there was no steam, so when it ended in 1968, he began his life long migration, following steam through Asia, Australia and finally to Africa, where he saw out his days. This quest brought some amazing books and research materials, and your quest has brought immeasurable enjoyment to many (myself included at both the C&TS on several occasions and the SLRGS) There are not too many of us with your passion about our careers.
Here is hoping you achieve your retirement goal.
