For some unknown reason, the links John posts on the NGDF often end up with two http's in them. It's a trivially easy thing for me to fix when I access the NGDF from a computer with a mouse, but nearly impossible to do when I'm using my phone.

Anyway, several of the photos posted at the link appear to show that the Cumbres concert shelter partially collapsed under snow and wind loading. Anyone know if there is an instrument atop the pass that measures wind speeds?
