I've ridden in the cupola of 0402 at Knott's and the "backrest" is a portable cushion that can be moved end for end depending on the direction of travel. When I rode the car with no backrest or cushions it was quite uncomfortable but a later ride on cushions wasn't bad. Might be hard to stay awake up there on a trip longer than 3/4 mile. LOL!
