The TRAINS article about Alice Ramsdall and the #9 was in the August 1983 issue. It seemed to me that the writer Peter J. Rickershauser was a dedicated narrow gauge fan. But I have never seen his name here or elsewhere.

The WW&F Railway Museum has a very active Facebook site. They are a busy bunch with a 2.5 mile railway on original right of way. A turntable, an engine house and a car barn. If you have a few dollars to spare I can't think of a more deserving narrow gauge project. They are about to finish re-building the Bridgton & Saco #67 box car.
