The answer is no. The Maine Two-Footers all moved ballast and fill material on flat cars, just like the WW&F does now, though the Kennebec Central RR did have some side-dump gondolas for hauling coal.
The Portland Company drew up plans for a hopper for the WW&F in 1901, but such a car was never built. However, the drawings are preserved in the Maine State Archives -- and yes, the WW&F Railway Museum has discussed the possibility of building one from the drawings, more than 100 years after it was first proposed.
