Joe, Thank you for the reply, rebuilding that much track would be quite a feat and accomplishment. It sure would give the locomotives room to run. It would be interesting to see the line reach into Wiscasset and maybe some tourist operation started in conjunction with the standard gauge railroad operator if they would ever carry passengers. I noticed the WW&FRy grade heading out from Wiscasset along the bay/cove to the mouth of the river, it looks rather intact, but that is just my observation from Google Earth.
