The SG steam engine, the FEC 148 is gone, moved to US Sugar in Florida for restoration. The city wanted many of the cars moved, Shank appealed to the STB
that as a freight railroad he had rights to storing his cars. City said whaaaaaaat? STB decided he wasn't really a freight railroad and it was between him and the
city as to his "nuisance" storage issue.
