This is probably wildly inaccurate, and will be corrected, but the C&T got some of those cars, which were evicted, and in poor shape. I heard it was rather an ultimatum from the town. That's all hearsay. The (livestock) cars that we got were in pretty bad shape. The cars that remain seem to be in good shape, at least to my untrained eye, but we can't afford them.

There's one SG steam locomotive there, too.
