The Verde Canyon Tourist Railroad in Arizona is a first class operation, and should be a great choice as operator. They have first class station facilities, a museum and gift shop an a great restaurant right at the station grounds. I know little about the East Texas area or the RR facilities there, but if any operator can make a go of it I believe Verde Canyon has a great shot at it. I believe if they can't probably no one can.
