From what I see,with the high quality of management , the RGRPC is doing an excellent job . The simple proof is trains are running smoothly . The customer service issue is still a clinker , but that can be fixed as well ,if there is the will. If there is criticism ,it should not be taken personally . The success of the railroad is ,after all ,what we want to see . A good litmus test is employees seem to be happy with the way things are being done .
