Hi,

It was a relatively recent DVD re-release (released about 2004-8) with a short touring the filming sites that I learned about the many very interesting sites.

"Hi, I'm Glenn Campbell!" I recall his TV show when it was in first runs. I do miss the old style variety shows at times.
