You see, Dan,
You just don't have the proper bureaucratic mentality to move a locomotive through all of the red tape of Washington D. C. To do anything you must work ever so slowly and try to put yourself above it while dodging lawsuits from every corner and angle. Be glad that you're in Nevada. Things must work very differently in Washington.
