10 and 14 got to the WP&Y before the winter of 43. They were ran in ET&WNC green/gold and not painted in WP marking until after their re-shop in Tacoma the following year. I've read that they weren't bought by the Army and were instead on the WP property book, but I can't recall exactly where I read that now.
