There is a B-25 with a Norden Bomb site in the nose about 6 miles from here. I recognize George from the video I shot at Osier in 1985(The good old days). We eventually released a video called "Full Throttle to Cumbres" which was 2 weekends of doubleheaders and a ride across part of the line. It was discontinued around 1991 after we did the rotary video and had better equipment. Anyway at Osier they were switching cars from train to train or some such, the guy in your photo at Chama was the engineer. In one scene it is hailing, and you hear a loud clap of thunder, during the switching moves. Folks were carrying their lunches back to the train for shelter. A bit later I shot this guy oiling up the engine that would pull us to Antonito. I know now that was Earl. So what was George's last name?
