Correct,Doug,
The first PSCCo hoppers were the only steel hoppers with arch bar trucks. Pressed steel built a second batch of hoppers, with several changes in light of the handling problems. The second batch was longer, the size of the common EBT three bay hoppers, but still having two hopper bays. These cars were fitted with Vulcan cast trucks. None of these long two bay cars exist as built. They were rebuilt with three bays, like the cars the EBT assembled in their Rockhill shops.I don't know if anyone has looked to see if any of the rebuilt long two bay cars are still on the property. I'd think they could be identified by PSCCo marked castings, if the numbers are gone.
