This is one of those rare times when I agree with Willie -
And almost with Rich. IMHO, 150 would be too many people - especially since getting in and out of those track-crew commissary, dining and sleeping cars would be pretty slow. But as JBWX pointed out previously, there are quite a few spots on the East End where 80-100 people can be accommodated for photos without too much congestion. A work train simulating the major upgrade projects of the late twenties could carry that many of us without looking like an obvious railfan charter, and provide for some interesting Phraud-O-Graphs™ as well. I wonder if enough bunk cars could be set up to allow an overnight "camp-out" at Los Pinos, with dinner the first day and lunch the second day at Osier??
