There was a milk car that was used by the Eagles Mere, White Deer & Loganton and finally the Tuscarora Valley that could be considered a refrigerator car. It looked like a baggage car, with end platforms, a round roof, and sliding freight car style side doors. Inside it had racks for milk cans, and ice bunkers on the floor. Passenger car style trucks. Thats the only one I can think of. If you cross the river into Ohio, The Ohio River & Western had two conventional refrigerator cars, converted from boxcars. I think they were used in company ice service.
