Thanks Michael. Using your previous numbers, at 10 years there would be one 1472 rebuild at $400,000, 1.4 mechanical rebuilds at $425,000 plus 10 years worth of annual maintenance at $300,000. The total, $1,125,000, would need to be spread over 1472 days, for a daily figure of $764 that would need to be budgeted or set aside for repairs.
