Probably true.
We could also convert to oil, or even dieselize. We promote the fact that we are the "authentic west" and that what we have is "64 miles of 1880" (actually more like 1925 but that isn"t as evocative).
As we preserve the past we want to preserve both the activities as well as the equipment.
We have gotten funding for rebuilding the sand house and will start on it soon.
