Sand at Chama

I have not seen any engines stop at the sander to fill the sand domes and I notice the storage pit has been emptied. It also appears some one is putting sand in the engines when they are parked in front of the engine house using a front end loader to stand on.

Are sanding facilities under going repair or soon will be?
