Colorado Utah and Southwest RR Is it NG?

I am working on a digital restoration of the DNWP from Tolland to Fraser and we are considering adding the six mile short line built by the Middle Park Lumber co. around 1906, it had one climax Engine and a fleet of Flats. I have only three photos for sure of it. I wanted to ask for the NG experts here to give me an opinon of this was a SG or a NG line...it connected with the main line at Fraser but i am not sure and can't tell if this was a NG line. thank you for any thoughts and if anyone has more info on this short lived short line..would be much appreciated. It was sold around 1919 and gone not long after. Here are the four pictures...courtesy of the Grand Valley Historical Association...their Journali Issue No. 1 dated 2004...
