Colorado & Northwestern No. 2 was a 36 inch gauge Class C, which ran out of Boulder for a few years on the C&N before being sold to work on the construction of the White Pass & Yukon. After that was done the loco went to a logging company in Washington state, where I believe it was standard gauged.
Also, Kramer Adams lists the Middle Park Lumber Co as having 6 miles of standard gauge track and one geared loco in his appendix to Logging Railroads of the West. I believe Mr. Adams compiled that from the annual list of logging railroad statistics which was printed in the Timberman for many years.
Cheers!
