Surviving D&RGW Trainment

May 10, 2003 11:36AM
To the "Bunch";
Yesterday I made a trip to Columbus, Oh while my wife was in a Library meeting I got together with two gentlement and we had a "Micro-re-inactment" of operation over Cumbres pass from Antonito to Chama as it would have been in the 1950's.(1/87th) While standing around one member of our trio wondered how many "Real" Rio Grande Narrow Gauge Trainmen still remained. I said that I thought that the august members of the ng discussion would have that information on their fingertips. So was I over confident?
