Images of the San Juan identifies this Mill as the Gold Crown, built in the late 1890s for the Grand View Mine.
EDIT: Rich Johnston says Silversheild, that is still standing and is located 0.6 miles further North on Oak St. There is an additional picture in Images of the San Juan showing the staggered foundations following the second fire that totally destroyed the Gold Crown, date not specified. Location of the Gold Crown would be behind or opposite the Hot Springs Inn, there are foundations visible behind 1450 Oak St.
