#220 made me think builders number. Checked Climax book, but no info on c n 220. For the middle photo I thought Mountain Central RR in Kentucky. Checked my photos, nope, the MC had a very similar passenger car, but its not a match. Also, the three photos show three different engines. First and last look to be 18-20 ton engines, middle photo is an older 25-30 ton engine with 2 paneled cab, similar design to Kulp engine.
I don't have "Ghost Rails of Kentucky" but could be something to check.
