I'll guess that photograph is of the logging operation near Torbay, Western Australia, circa 1890.
If correct, then that little saddle tank Baldwin still exists today. There were only 8 locomotives of that pattern delivered to Australia, so if it isn't that specific one, then it could be one of the others. Another one survives in Darwin, but it spent most of its life working the yard and docks, and a couple of the others operated on the Sorrento Tramway which doesn't look like the area in the photograph.
