written on the plywood is the words, "Goin Home from Gene Autry."

I have a color picture of 463 after some cosmetic work was done, but I don't own the pic, so I cant post it here. It appears to be on the same track as in your picture. I would guess it is in Antonito, shortly after being dropped off.
