That's an interesting photo! It appears as though #463 has just arrived somewhere. There is bunting on the locomotive and the Colorado Flag is on the pilot. Judging by the condition of the paint, I would guess this was taken when the locomotive was returned to Antonito as the mountains in the background (although washed out) appear to be Mt. Blanca & other peaks.
