The picture seems to be completely mislabeled.

That is the wreck of D&RG 217 at one of the short bridges over Lightener Creek west of Durango on the RGS. The wreck occurred at about 140am, September 19, 1919. Heavy rains had washed out the bridge and it collapsed as 217 rolled out onto it. 217 rolled over on it's right side trapping engineer Ralph Peake in the cab and drowning him.

The wreck is well documented in various Rio Grande Southern books.
