I think this is supposed to be a video promoting the Grand Imperial Hotel and its bar, currently called Grumpys, though in this discussion, it is being viewed as a train video. The name Grumpys came from the previous owner, George Foster, as a marketing idea based on his sometimes grumpy persona. But it is a name that has never caught on with the locals who have always referred to the hotel as the "G.I." Maybe it appeals to the tourists but I've never been convinced of that.
