A pic of the 478/473 double header on Feb 20 would not be a Phraud-O-Graph as it would be a picture of an actual D&S operation, based on passenger load.
It is not a recreation of anything that happened in the past or a photo special. Just the railroad making adjustments to meet demand for their service.

I wish I could be there also. A k-28 double header is on my bucket list. I know that 478 will be out of service for a while for her FRA mandated maintenance. I'll just have to see it vicariously through other folks photos.
