Keith,
I started my Mile-by-mile Spreadsheet in 1994 by using Doris Osterwald's 1975 Map.
With the map in hand and the help of the track crew each year as we went out on the line, I updated the Mile-by-mile SS. This year, I used the 1919 Valuation Maps to update it some more. I just compared some of the locations listed in "Ticket to Toltec" with my Mile-by-mile SS and found most are the same within +/- .2 miles.
